This was shared in a particularly meaningful comment on yesterday’s poem. At this point in my life, I’m trying very hard not to think about the past year(s) or make any resolutions for next year. In your light I learn how to love

In your light I learn how to love.
In your beauty, how to make poems.
You dance inside my chest,
where no one sees you,
but sometimes I do,
and that sight becomes this art.
